A: Yes. Our water is processed through activated carbon filters to eliminate chlorine.
Q: Does “Natural Pure” Drinking Water’s filtration system remove fluoride?
A: Yes. Our water is processed through reverse osmosis in order to remove fluoride.
Q: Does “Natural Pure” Drinking Water’s filtration system remove pharmaceuticals?
A: There is no trace of pharmaceutical content in our reverse osmosis water.
Q: Does the “Natural Pure” Drinking Water purification process kill bacteria and viruses?
A: Our water is processed with ultraviolet light which kills bacteria and viruses.
Q: Is the water tested?
A: We regularly test and monitor the product to ensure the best quality.
Q: What is the pH of your water?
A: Our reverse osmosis water is neutral and generally around 7 on the pH scale.
Q: Is your water the same as distilled water?
A: Our water is different than distilled water because it is processed through reverse osmosis. Distillation involves boiling water and collecting the steam.
Q: Is your water the same as RODI water?
A: Our water is different than RODI water because ours is not deionized after purification.
Q: Do you offer residential service?
A: Our water is sold exclusively in supermarkets.
Q: Is your filtration system for sale?
A: We own and service the equipment and it is not sold or rented.

A: Yes. Our water is great for pets!
Q: What else can “Natural Pure” Drinking Water be used for?
A: Our water is great for: coffee, lemonade, cooking, baby formula, ice cubes, and plants. It can also safely be used for appliances like an iron or humidifier!
Q: How much water should I be drinking each day?
A: The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is:
- About 15.5 cups (125 ounces) of fluids a day for men
- About 11.5 cups (91 ounces) of fluids a day for women
